Chip Walsh has a 26-year Fortune 500 background where he held senior sales and marketing positions in the music industry with Sony Music Entertainment and Time Warner. After retiring from the music business in 2004, Chip decided that he wanted to apply his management and marketing skills to the Real Estate industry. Chip then went on to get his Broker’s License and teamed up with 16-year industry veteran, Tom LeCain. With Chip’s background in branding music artists, including Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, the Dixie Chicks and many others, he has taken an aggressive approach to marketing Real Estate. Chip says “traditional Real Estate marketing is a fairly passive process. We have taken more aggressive approaches to give our clients top shelf positioning on the internet for their properties (where the vast majority of consumers shop first) as well as utilizing marketing techniques to find, not just a buyer for our client’s property but the right buyer. We don’t strive to sell more homes. Instead we strive to sell homes for more.”
